I would like to enrol in one of your courses. How do I go about it?
For registration you need the enrolment form (link su scheda) and the language test duly filled in. Remember to read our general conditions too (link su condizioni generali). You can send both documents by post, fax or e-mail. If you want to enrol by phone you still have to give written confirmation. Please send your payment receipt for the language course and registration tax along with your enrolment form.


When is the enrolment deadline?
We don’t have an absolute deadline but we recommend enrolling at least one month before the course starts. You can still enrol at the last minute if there are places available.


Do you send enrolment confirmation ?
Yes, we generally send confirmation within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) of receiving the enrolment form. If you haven’t received anything after 2 days, it is best to contact us again. At times there can be technical problems preventing us from receiving your application form (the Internet isn’t perfect yet!). When we receive your deposit, your place in the course and lodging, if required, are guaranteed.


How can I pay the deposit?
You can pay by postal order, a cheque made out to Lingua Sì s.r.l. or a bank transfer (link sulla pagina “Iscrizione”). If you are nearby, you can come to the office during opening hours (link sulla parte delle domande generiche e/o su contatti) and pay on the spot. A postal order should be sent to Lingua Sì s.r.l. – Piazza Cahen, 8/A – 05018 Orvieto (TR) – Italy. Unfortunately we don’t accept credit cards, debit cards or travellers cheques. Please note that all bank charges are to be paid by you.


When and how do I pay the difference ?
The difference – usually the lodging cost – is to be paid in cash no later than two days after the course begins.


Will you let me know when you receive my payment ?
Yes, when we receive your payment we will confirm your enrolment.


What happens if I have enrolled and am unable to attend the course ?
If your cancellation arrives by recorded delivery at least 5 weeks before the course starts, we will withhold only the registration fee. If we are informed later, nothing will be reimbursed. Nevertheless you can put your deposit in “standby” for a year if you think you would still like to attend the course later on, but had problems with the course date.
