I take with me the awareness that while the people of the world are separated from each other because of their language, here there are many of us from all over the world who are united by language. This way we were able to achieve understanding and friendship. If only it was that way all over the world...

  I would take to Innsbruck from Orvieto... the sunset on Lake Bolsena. Ice cream and pizza, the grand Duomo and its magic, a whole bunch of new friends, the sunflower fields. One great love for Italy, its countryside, its language and the people who live there.

  I would take to Bolivia from Orvieto... the people and their open mentality, because I don´t want to be stared at any more like an exotic plant. Ice cream - yoghurt and strawberry flavour, the people with their good moods and sense of humour. The pastaaa, the pizzaaaa, the little sweets that are absolutely delicious, and, naturally, shoes on sale! I´ll come back one day!

  My memories: my first time on a funicular and taking the city bus around the narrow streets of Orvieto, the unexpected choreography of cars and pedestrians on Corso Cavour. The moments in the classroom when you couldn´t remember the word in Italian or the description. So I jabbered, my mind empty. After many moments like this I got over any shame and embarrassment!
