Lingua Sì, Institute of Italian Language and Culture, in the wake of the great success of Italian enogastronomy all over the world, is glad to present the cooking school Tasting Italia.
Tasting Italia aims at spreading the knowledge of the rich enogastronomic culture of our ‘Belpaese’ and bringing people to appreciate it. Under the careful guidance of professional chefs, each student can discover the secrets of regional and Italian culture.
Tasting Italia’s courses are organized for students who love Italian and Umbrian enogastronomy, students that couldn’t manage without the unmistakable flavours of this country and those who would like to study and improve their own knowledge of this ancient art.

Cooking Course with a Professional Chef
An ideal course for those who would like to learn and improve the secrets of Italian cooking. The students work under the careful guidance of a professional chef.
The courses are organized in the kitchen of a real restaurant and there is a dinner at the end of every lesson. So the students have the opportunity to taste both the dishes cooked by them during the lessons and other typical Italian and Umbrian products.
From 1 to 20 people
The courses can last from one day to one week. They take place every afternoon from Monday to Friday for three or four hours a day. Upon request the duration of the course can be extended to more than one week (as long as the calendar of the lessons permits).
The price includes:
- Dinner at the end of every lesson
- Tasting of the products prepared and cooked by the students
- A certificate at the end of the course
Which dishes are usually prepared?
Typical dishes of regional and national cooking.
During the lessons, the students prepare two dishes together with the chef (first course + dessert; first course + pizza; first course + starter; etc).
